Growing up, our founder, Christina Hartfield, watched her father, a seasoned general contractor, bring structures to life with unwavering commitment and exceptional craftsmanship. Inspired by her father's integrity, workmanship, and quality output, Christina developed a profound passion for building and decided to pursue it as a second career.
Combining her financial background with her newfound love for construction, Christina established Hartfield Complete Services LLC. She brought her father on board, relocating him to join her in building their family enterprise. Together, they share the same dedication, work ethic, and commitment to client satisfaction. Starting as a laborer and steadily ascending through the ranks to ultimately become the operations manager in his uncle's construction firm—a company boasting an impressive three-decade legacy—Josiah's love for the industry evolved, and his dedication to achieving greatness, he envisioned establishing a company to build a lasting legacy for his family.
Her source of inspiration flows different but equally important to their family enterprise. Seeing her father's relentless dedication and unparalleled skill as a seasoned general contractor and master electrician in the Midwest left a lasting mark. Seeing her father bring structures to life with unwavering commitment and exceptional craftsmanship, inspired her and she developed a profound passion for building and interior design. But that's not all—her two-decade tenure in the financial sector added another layer.

Merging her financial expertise, Josiah’s experience in the construction industry, bringing on a full-time interior designer and relocating her father to the Southeast as project manager to help build a family enterprise and redefine the industry standard.
